    1. Hi Bijoux,
This must be first time that I have been asked this question on this blog :).
I am more of a wine drinker but, I can also enjoy a good beer… All in moderation, of course. 🙂

  1. Interesting blend of black and white you have going on. I rather like it!

Very cool clock at the top of that joint–which made me look at who got the shot first! LOL

    1. Hey Mel,
Thank you 😉 I think that a “spot o’ color” in b&w can be really exciting in some photos.
As for the shooting time between D & I ,we both started about the same time. Photo finish!!

  2. Love it!! OMG, this reminds me of university — cheap, kind-of bad Canadian beer! Also reminds me of Canadian jokes, lol. There are often ones involving Molson or beer. I love Canadians. I also love giving them a gentle teasing. Like this one from here: http://home.capecod.net/~tpanitz/ejoke/j34.html

A Canadian is walking down the street with a case of beer under his arm.His friend Doug stops him and asks, “Hey Bob! Whacha get the case of beer for?”
“I got it for my wife, eh.” answers Bob.
    “Oh!” exclaims Doug, “Good trade.”

Lovely photos! And I wish I still tolerated beer! A Molson does not sound half bad right now! 😀

  3. Hi Karin,
    Hey there girl!
I think that everywhere in the world, there is always some country, region, etc that is always the butt of jokes.. I am sure that the Canadian will take out his/her selection of US jokes at happy hour. In Hawaii, the “Pwatagee”(Portuguese) origin residents that are the butt of all jokes over there.

Yes,for your Canadian joke, not mean. I am sure that the Candians pay us back at happy hour. 🙂

    Take care xox

  4. Bonjour Barbara.. I have to say I do like your photo .. sorry Didier 🙂 .. I like it because of the shot of the bridge too, and what looks like a tree at the top of the building 🙂 …I know nothing about Molson beers, But I do like Karin’s joke 🙂

    Take Care Anne xx

    1. Hi Anne,
It is all fine. The good thing about photography is you have a new chance each time you get behind the viewfinder.
Yes, you can see the Jacques Cartier bridge and as a bonus, what looks like a bonsai tree on someone’s balcony.
Oh my goodness, there must be tons more jokes that we can bring up at happy hour. For Brits the joke may be on the Scots or the Irish… the beat goes on!

      You take care, too xox.

  5. Désolée monsieur, I like madame’s best! Interesting to see two perspective though, but eh, you are looking towards the same direction so it’s good as a couple in love 😆 😉

    1. Bonjour Madame,
I will consider it a compliment to that we look together in the same direction 🙂 Good one, lady! We need you at happy hour, too!!
      Have a good week.
