Big fish story

You can’t miss this one, coming into or going out of Campbellton, NB. This is big fish country!

Behind the happy fisherman is the JC Van Horne bridge. It joins the Gaspé region of Quebec to New Brunswick.

Wishing everyone a fun day!

  1. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Barb, I LOVE this photo because at the angle in which you shot it, I first thought that little fisherman was REAL!!

Stunning view of the bridge and mountains!

    *two thumbs up*

    Well done!

    XOXOX

  2. Hey there Ronnie,
Here’s the big one that didn’t get away. I had to get out of the car in the rain to do this one!
It is very funny to drive in and see a bigger than life fisherman. It gives you the idea that this place has a sense of humor…
I am humbled if you like this one; my great pleasure.

    1. Hi Zhu,
I think that many a Canadian will know this bridge through a stamp rather than through travel.I am the opposite! That was interesting to hear about the stamp; thanks for sharing.

    1. Hi Mel,
It is very fun! But, not so fun to stand out in the rain & photograph it but, I would have probably been soaked if I went fly fishing for trout!
      Cheers, lady!

    1. Thank you Rita,
It is a special shade of green, but my editing may have pumped it up a notch to be honest.
      Glad you enjoyed!
