Weekly photo challenge: Escape

Nature is the ultimate escape.

Without asking, nature escapes up towards the sunshine and air. Then one day, maybe when our mind is buzzing or when we need a lift, we pass by and quietly admire nature’s work:

This photo was taken in Paris’ Jardin des Plantes(a botanical hothouse with its gardens near the Natural History museum):

So simple and pure… I am glad that I was there and captured this.

Have a wonderful day!

You are so correct, Barb! I find nature to be one of the greatest healers; whether it’s mind, body, or spirit. I always feel refreshed, renewed, and clearer on so many levels after spending time withing nature.

    Awesome photo!

Have a fabulous week, my friend!

Much X to you and D!

    1. Hi Ronnie,
      Thank you tons, my friend.
I think that we both recognize the natural healing through nature. It does so much good, using all your senses and just cutting loose like this. The color green is already a healing force itself.

Have a cool week, buddy. We will see ya! xox

    1. Hi Zhu,
It’s great to see you. Ah, I confused you! The fern’s young head is an universe of it’s own. Sincere Thanks for your kind words.
      Bises xo

    1. Hi Bij,
That’s a fun way to look at this… I really didn’t see that and now I can see them. Thanks very much and have a great week!

  2. WOW. Wow oh wow… What an amazing bit of mother nature’s handiwork.
And I loved “Without asking, nature escapes up towards the sunshine and air.” Mostly cuz it brings such awesome visuals to my head. There’s something about getting to witness those escapes that’s humbling and renewing–I adore my time away from ‘people’ and ‘things’. And I’m left in the smallness of who I AM….which is always a very good thing.
I’ll make the time to witness some of those ‘escapes’ today–weather permitting. Gray skies already..but the humidity has lifted, so I’m hopeful it’s just about rain washing away the tension of the past two days storminess.
Nice to see you back amongst us! WELL worth the wait! 😉

    1. Hey there Mel,
      I know what you mean how it is important to feel small in the facye of nature. I honestly think that the human rae’s fancy trappings of cars, smart phones and all types of material stuff aside, we don’t often THINK that we need nature. But, we DO;
Anything nature brings us back center and refreshes.

Thank you again and I am glad that I can find friends here online.
      Cheers!!
